I’ll be there to capture every special moment of your day, starting from one hour into getting ready and staying through one hour into the dance. Beforehand, I’ll connect with your photographer to ensure we’re aligned and ready to capture all the right moments without stepping on each other’s toes.

To make sure nothing is missed, I run four cameras during key moments like the ceremony and speeches, capturing every angle and detail. For the rest of the day’s memorable moments, I’ll use one to two cameras to tell your story. I’ll be bringing an assistant along - having extra hands is crucial for moving all of my gear without overwhelming myself or the flow of your day.

I take great care to dress in a classic and refined manner to complement the aesthetic of your wedding day. You won’t find me in sloppy attire, black hoodies, or baseball caps. Your special day deserves to be treated with the same level of love and attention that you’ve put into choosing your vendors.

To ensure your day is perfectly lit for film, I’ll be running lighting during your dance, as we don’t have the option of using flash like photographers do. And during the first looks, ceremony, and speeches, I run professional-grade audio with backups attached to guarantee the highest-quality sound. After all, those heartfelt vocal moments are everything, and I make sure they’re captured beautifully.

My heart is in every film I create. I focus on telling your story in a way that’s timeless, authentic, and true to who you are as a couple. I capture the little moments that others might overlook, and I put care into every detail to make sure your wedding film reflects the soul of your love.

Once you’ve decided which package fits you best, simply reach out! We’ll secure your date with a 25% retainer fee, and then we can start planning all the beautiful details of your wedding film.

I edit all of my films in chronological order. With shorter films taking a shorter amount of time. I do put them in the mix of the process, to get them exported and to their eager owner!

• Wedding preview edit: 1-1.5 week turnaround time
• Wedding feature film edit: Contractually: 10 months. Usually: 4-6 month turnaround time
• Engagement film edit: 2 week turnaround time
• Brand film edits: 2-3 month turnaround time

All wedding films are uploaded to my account on Vidflow, a secure online platform. Through Vidflow, you will have 24/7 access to your gallery for 10 years. Each video is carefully organized and safely stored here for your convenience.

After the 10-year period, your gallery will no longer be live. To preserve your films for years to come, I recommend downloading and storing them in a secure location as soon as possible.

If you’re unsure of the best way to store your videos, I offer an add-on option for transferring your films to a professional external hard drive, which I can ship to you. The add-on cost is $200, covering the hard drive and shipping.

I retain all footage from your wedding for one year after your big day. As your first anniversary approaches, I’ll send you a friendly reminder that your footage will soon be permanently archived or deleted. This is your final chance to add those special edits you’ve been dreaming of, so don’t miss the opportunity to snag any additional style edits before everything is stored away. Any edits requested after your wedding date will incur an additional fee on top of the listed add-on price.
